I can help with business operation management, supply chain management and cost management. As a supply chain professional and consultant, I have helped many businesses better manage their inventory investments, material planning and streamline their supply chain operations through LEAN manufacturing principles. I have worked with manufacturers in industrial products, consumer products and medical device industries. I am certified by the Association for Supply Chain Management and have taught courses in the organizations certification program. I also have considerable experience implementing supply chain related computer systems as a consultant for several computer software firms and conducting client training. These projects have ranged from commercial software packages to spreadsheet based systems.
