As a Medical Executive, Management Consultant, and Small Business Owner; I work in hospitals and clinical settings, advise businesses at locations across the US, provide business coaching and leadership training, and manage investments in hospitality, insurance, real-estate, and financial services. I offer revenue cycle, sales, marketing, operations, financial, and labor management expertise and I am a small business owner.

I've held positions as Director, Vice President of Sales & Operations, Chief Operations Officer, Regional Director of Operations, Director of Operations, Regional Account Manager, and Sales Manager for mid to large organizations. 

I have a history of improving cash flow for organizations. My analysis of the revenue cycle involves both a thorough analysis of the organizational workflow, as well as the existing financial systems and contracts. I will work directly with you to set quarterly and annual business goals and to build out systems and processes to enable financial success across all departments.

I am skilled in lean management. I’ve spent the last twenty years transforming service obstacles into workable solutions and benchmarking performance against key revenue cycle, operational, labor, and change management goals.

I have a passion for creating financially healthy outcomes through effective labor management practices and developing strong organizational leadership. I am a member of the Society for Human Resource Professionals and a Certified Mediator.
