After a career as a CPA, Ray was CEO of a small business and was able to grow sales dramatically to $60 million with higher levels of profitability. This was accomplished by using: appropriate quality operations, manufacturing and financial management techniques and programs; strong product introduction; international business ventures and sourcing; good financial practices and controls; and, strategic and business planning. Ray can help with his experience running his company in mostly good but also bad times to help budding entrepreneurs and existing small businesses to grow, survive and thrive.
Ray has strong experience in strategy and planning (written also) with an emphasis on execution….where do we go from here? Do we need to improve? fix things? how do we make money? How do we make your idea work? How do we find information for our business?
More recently, Ray Noble has become active with the Nonprofit community and has added expertise in that area. Ray is a lecturer in “How to Start a 501 (c) (3) public charity.
Ray has a BS in Economics from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA from Cal State Long Beach. He is also a CPA.
