Professionally I was active in the commercial lending sector. Looked at many loan/business applications and learned to evaluate them. I have a good idea of what a robust Business Plan should look like. I also know what potential lenders/investors are looking for.
Over time I became manager of first a dozen, later hundreds of staff. Thus became an expert also on managing people, which is one of the toughest, and often underrated aspects of running a business. (Yet - I think - also one of the more rewarding facets.)
I see clients mainly in Santa Clarita, typically on Thursdays and Saturdays. Other days are also possible.
