Neal’s experience spans 40 years in various industries with companies that developed, manufactured and sold new products in international markets. His executive leadership roles in manufacturing and customer service provide a broad background in all aspects of managing a business. Areas of expertise include process and quality improvement, lean manufacturing, customer service (B2B and B2C/retail), strategy development and implementation, financial management, cost control, cost reduction, new product introduction, turnarounds & troubleshooting and team building. Since joining SCORE in 2011, he has used his skills to help numerous small businesses, startups and nonprofits strengthen business and strategic planning, sales growth, financial management and operational efficiency. He will help you learn new techniques and guide you in the development of your own analytic skills and creative ideas to grow and enhance your business.
Neal has a BS in industrial engineering and operations research from Cornell University, where he also did graduate work. He completed the GE Manufacturing Management Program and the Becton Dickinson - Harvard Business School Executive Program.
