Bill started,managed,and sold two Jamba Juice franchises in Capitola and Santa Cruz. He has extensive experience in dealing with the franchisor (chairman of franchise committee) along with marketing in the food service industry.
He worked in Silicon Valley for 22 years for various companies in the semiconductor industry. Having earned a BS in chemistry as well as a BSEE, he held positions in process engineering management,and sales and marketing engineering management.Bill was the top salesman for Beckman Instruments Microelectronic Division. He successfully applied target marketing in the custom linear business at both Fairchild Semiconductor and National Semiconductor to both the disc drive and power supply industries.
Bill also had four years in real estate sales. His community involvement includes serving on the board of directors of Above the Line as well as being a mentor for CASA. He is currently working with WINGS, a homeless advocacy group. Bill is head of the jail ministry team from Resurrection Catholic Church that does religious services at the Santa Cruz County Jail.
